Top 5 Common Pregnancy Symptoms

Symptom 1 - Tender, Swollen and Sore Breast and/or Nipples
This is the most common symptom that every pregnant women experience. Usually, when women have experienced this change in their body, conclusion of pregnancy is already high. The reason for this is because of the increase hormone production of estrogen and progesterone. It is also told that for first time pregnancy, going through this change may sometimes be painful.
Symptom 2 - Fatigue or Unusual Tiredness
During the early stages of pregnancy, the woman's body is working very hard to keep up with the changes that are happening inside their body. These could be like the growth of the baby in the womb, the increase hormone production, the increase rate of heart pump due to the increase blood flow (this is very important to the growing fetus) and a lot more. This is explains the unusual tiredness and fatigue that pregnant women experience. They would always feel tired and sluggish at most times even when they're not doing much because inside their body, a lot of changes are already happening. That is why it is advised to every pregnant woman to take enough vitamins and sleep to nourish and regenerate them with the energy that their body needs.

Symptom 3 - Late or Missed Period
Missing a period for more than two months can already be an indication of pregnancy. This is the most common and prevalent symptom that every woman are watching for. If you are experiencing delayed period while reading this one, it is important that you actually conduct a pregnancy test to verify if you're going to be a future mum soon.
Symptom 4 - Morning Sickness
Nausea during pregnancy is one common symptom. Nausea does not mean that you will need to vomit, it's either you vomit or not but the groovy feeling in your head will be usually present. Normally, nausea can happen anytime of the day but attacks more during morning, hence it was called morning sickness. Nausea usually happen because of the rapid increase of estrogen in one woman body during pregnancy, but it can also be triggered by different things such as odor, food or almost anything in their environment.
Symptom 5 - Frequent Urination
During the first trimester of pregnancy, frequent urination happens a lot. Scientifically this was simply explained as normal since your uterus is getting bigger and it compresses your bladder giving you the urge to urinate. It is not advised though to hold your urine too much as this can lead to kidney stones which you wouldn't want to have when you're pregnant. And by the way, expect to get more extreme urination as your baby grows in your body.
