In order for a couple to increase the chances of them conceiving a baby boy together they need to ensure that more of the sperm carrying the male gene (Y Chromosome) reaches the eggs first. The other position to use is known as the missionary one but the woman's pelvis needs to be raised high and the best way to achieve this is by the woman resting her feet on her partner's shoulders.
