How to Naturally Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

Increase your intake of Folic Acid. This B Vitamin does not just increase your chances of getting pregnant, it also greatly reduces the chances of your child suffering from a birth defect.
Avoid any stimulants. Stop drinking alcohol, stop smoking, do not take any drugs, and also cut out the caffeine. If you can not go without your caffeine, try cutting back to only one serving of caffeine a day (such as a cup of coffee).
If you are overweight, this can reduce your chances of getting pregnant. Try to safely, and slowly, lose any excess weight you may have.
Ideally you should not be anymore than 20 pounds over a health weight, anything more than this can greatly reduce your chances of getting pregnant.
