Call your physician and discuss your plans with him. Follow his advice on when you can try to get pregnant. It's hard to become pregnant without a menstrual period, so you might have to wait for a few months. In the mean time, buy an ovulation test, a pregnancy test and a calender to track your progress.
Once your physician gives you permission, start having unprotected intercourse.
Once your period has returned, track it on your calender. Use your ovulation test to calculate when you're ovulating.
