How to Cope With Multiple Miscarriages

Read books and articles that deal with multiple miscarriages. They're available at your local bookstores, library or online, and usually contain stories from other women on how to handle multiple miscarriages. There's also information on coping techniques from medical professionals.
Get counseling. You may choose to go to counseling by yourself or with your partner. Counseling can help you recognize and release your feelings about your multiple miscarriages. Your counselor can also give you coping techniques and provide that shoulder to lean on when you need it.
Join a support group for people dealing with multiple miscarriages. Being able to meet and talk to other people in the same boat can be comforting and can help you cope. Often, local hospitals will have support groups like this that you can join. Talk to your doctor or your local hospital about finding support groups in your area.

Be aware that you and your partner will deal with multiple miscarriages differently. You may want to cry while your partner wants to remain strong and composed. Any way that you and your partner deal with multiple miscarriages is normal. You may even both be able to learn from each other and help each other cope through your different reactions to your losses.
Tell people, such as your family, partner and friends, what you need. If you just want to be left alone when dealing with losses, let them know. If you want company or someone to talk to, tell them. If people around you are supportive and giving you what you need, coping with multiple miscarriages will be easier.
