Common Beliefs To Determine Whether You Are Pregnant With A Boy

All women carry their babies a different way, but most women either carry high or low. It's not much more simple than that. Boys tend to be carried low by their mothers, and that's something that is commonly assumed in modern culture. Women who carry their babies low tend to have boys, but there's not scientific proof for this. In fact, some scientists have tried to refute this claim altogether.
The heartbeat of your baby could also tell you whether it's a boy or a girl. It's possible that the baby's heart rate being above 140 beats per minute means it's a girl. If the baby's heartbeat is below 140 beats per minute it could be a baby boy. Perhaps boys are more relaxed than the girls.
Many people think that your cravings during pregnancy can tell you the sex. Girls, apparently, like sweets, but boys like sour. So, if you're eating sour candies, sucking on lemons, and sauerkraut a boy could be in your future. Cravings for food could be related to the sex of the baby, but that doesn't mean eating sour food will help your cause.

Your husband could play a part as well. It may seem completely unrelated, but a man's behavior during those nine months makes a difference. If that husband of yours gains weight then you'll be having a girl. However, if he doesn't gain an ounce the baby's more likely to be male. This idea seems very shaky, but it could be likely that pregnancy with girls stresses men out more and causes them to gain more weight.
Your face may change shape as you gain weight. Women all handle weight gain differently, but when the weight gain changes the shape of your face that could tell you something. When a woman's doesn't fill out it could be a sign she's carrying a baby boy.
If your skin is looking fabulous during pregnancy and you've never needed less make-up you may be having a baby boy. The connection between a woman's skin tone and hormones can be the cause of these old wives' tales. So, this can be a scientific beginning to a rather unscientific topic.
